Changing payment details during checkout

  • If you want to, you can change the PayPal account you’re using
  • If you already paid but want to change the payment method, you'll need to contact the seller and ask them to refund the original payment 
Resolving payment problems
  • If you're having trouble paying with PayPal, contact the seller to make sure you're using their correct PayPal address
  • If you're having an issue paying for your item using a credit or debit card, you may be using an older web browser that isn't secure enough for making payments or managing your payment methods. You'll need to upgrade your browser in order to buy the item
  • If you received an error at checkout saying that a payment by PayPal or credit card can't be completed, contact PayPal
