Updating your personal details for managed payments
As a managed payments seller, the personal information on your eBay account needs to be correct and up to date in order for us to process your payouts.
The information on this page applies only to customers who live in Malaysia, Singapore, or the Philippines. Customers who live outside these locations should read our article on Updating your personal details for managed payments.
If you change your phone number or email address, you'll need to update them on your eBay account. If you change any other personal details, you’ll need to update them on Payoneer, and your eBay account details will be synched automatically.
You can change your phone number, email address, or User ID in My eBay. Here's how:
- Go to the Account section of My eBay.
- Select Personal information.
- Find the section you need to update, and select Edit. Enter your new details.
- Depending on what you're updating, you’ll be prompted to Save, Submit, or Confirm.
If you’re updating your personal details on your linked Payoneer account, we'll automatically update that information on eBay as well.
