If a seller allows combined payments, a buyer can make a single payment within a certain period for multiple items purchased from this seller. 

In My eBay or on the page of the listing select Pay Now for a combined payment.

If the checkout does not show your purchases as combined, the seller may not allow combined payments. In this case you can contact your seller or pay for your items separately.
