If you received an unpaid item notification, please pay for your item now. You can find it in your purchase history. If you have questions, or need more time to make a payment, contact the seller to work things out. Sellers open an unpaid item case because they haven’t received payment within a specified timeframe. Opening a case allows them to relist the item and get credit for listing fees. After a buyer has paid, the seller can’t remove an unpaid item from a buyer’s account. eBay takes care of that. If you paid for an item, but it’s still showing up as unpaid, contact us and provide one of the following:
