We offer coupons to show how much we appreciate you, and give you more reasons to shop. Here's how coupons work:

 

How to get coupons If you'd like to receive eBay coupons, just follow these steps:
  1. Go to My eBay > Account > Communication Preferences.
  2. Go to Promotions and Surveys and select Show.
  3. Check the subscription box beside General email promotions and select Save.


We'll send coupons to your registered email address. If you've received a coupon, it'll also appear at the bottom of My eBay Summary. If there are no current coupon offers for you, please note the coupon section won't appear.

Rules and requirements

When using a coupon, make sure you review the terms and conditions, and keep the following rules and requirements in mind:

  • Buyer pays with PayPal
  • Seller accepts PayPal
  • A minimum purchase amount may be required to use the coupon
  • Use the coupon before it expires
  • Only one coupon can be used per purchase
  • Coupons are non-transferable. Only redeem coupons that were sent to you directly
Using coupons

Here's how to redeem an eBay coupon:

  1. Go to your shopping cart and select Proceed to checkout.
  2. Select PayPal as your payment.
  3. Enter your coupon code in Gift cards, coupons, eBay Bucks and select Apply.
